After a pretty frigid weekend, I was able to carry my coat inside tonight instead of huddling inside it. Thanks heavens for small victories! I've been seeing signs of spring here and there and I ran into this little flower when I went out to get the mail. There are four of them sprinkled on the lawn next to the grill. Very unexpected and very exciting!

April 13th
After a pretty frigid weekend, I was able to carry my coat inside tonight instead of huddling inside it. Thanks heavens for small victories! I've been seeing signs of spring here and there and I ran into this little flower when I went out to get the mail. There are four of them sprinkled on the lawn next to the grill.
